Feeling ko dito sa Clinic tong thread na ito e, dahil nakakatulong itong mag-heal ng emotional pain (sana).
Niwey, isulat niyo sa thread na ito ung mga simpleng bagay na nakapagpapasaya sa inyo. kahit napakasimpleng bagay lang, basta heartwarming at nagbibigay ng positive outlook sa buhay.

happiness is waking up in the morning and knowing you're alive and knowing that maybe today is a good day and something wonderful might just happen.
