um, sa tingin ko e may balat si beckham e. i mean, magaling siya, pero look at his track record sa international tourneys. hindi tumatagal ang england. period. hehe.
also, minalas din ang real madrid nung kinuha nila si beckham. nawala agad sila sa uefa champions' league, hindi pa sila nanalo sa spanish league. dahil ba sa balat ni beckham? could be...

niwey, tinalo rin ni Marco Barrera si Paulie Ayala with a stunning tenth round knockout. haha kinareer ang emaqtch niya kay Pacquiao. alam kong medyo matagal na ata tong news na to pero ngayon ko lang kasi napanood laban nila e. hehe...

bad trip, mawawalan ng drama ang NBA tuloy. showbiz talaga ang lakers nung past 5 years e. paudlot-udlot na lang tuwing magkikita ang koponan nina kobe at shaq.
well, may slight chance pang magsama yung 2 sa LA kung hindi mai-trade si shaq, pero ang tsismis e dati nang balak ni buss (lakers owner) i-trade si shaq bago pa nag-ingay si shaq.
also, pwede rin na makulong si kobe for life. august 27 na pala yung trial date niya. added news lang.
sisingit lang ako ng joke:
Q: What was Shaq's reaction when he heard about Kobe's rape allegation?
A: What? Kobe making a pass? She must be lying!

Waharhar! Ang ganda ng labanan sa 2004 PBA Fiesta Conference finals! Red Bull Barako vs. Brgy. Ginebra Kings! Yahoo! after three years pasok uli sa finals ang Ginebra! sarap ng buhay!
Ang series na ito e matatawag na "Labanan ng mga Kalbo". Paano ba naman, ang mga humahataw talaga sa dalawang team na ito e puro mga kalbo. Nanjan si Jimwel "Tora-tora" Torion at Mick "DA DICK" PENISsi para sa Red Bull, at si Jay-jay Helterbrand at Mark Caguioa para sa Kings. Sana magpakalbo rin si Coach Siot Tanquingcen ng Ginebra para match din sila ni Yeng Guiao, coach naman ng Barako.
siyempre, personally, Ginebra ang pusta ko, pero sa tingin hindi na ganun kagaling ang team na ito kumpara sa Ginebra Team noong panahon nina Jawo, pero nandun pa rin ang never-say-die-spirit nila, for sure.
Siguradong puno na naman Araneta nito. Panget nga lang dahil best-of-five lang. GINEBRA NA!!!!

sa kin lang, sana manalo ang red bull. hindi ako pabor sa mga taong gumagawa ng guarantees tulad ni menk nung huling serye. parang pambabastos kasi sa kabilang team e.

yehey! panalo ang red bull kani-kanina lang. anyway, sports news ko ngayon e 8.5 games ahead na ang yankees sa red sox, kung may care kayo sa baseball.
also, nakakainis lang yung si torion kanina. nagwawala nanaman. siniko niya sa ulo kasi si braggs. ayun, flagrant 2 agad. malamang suspended pa siya for one game. may paiyak-iyak pa siyang nalalaman noon at magbabago daw siya. yeah right.

ito pa ang upset for you guys:
Maria Sharapova defeats Serena Williams for the Wimbledon womens' singles title. astig! crush ko na siya! maganda na, may game pa, unlike some other russian 'athlete' out there. yung nakadikit kay enrique.
also, by the next season or conference sa PBA (not sure kung alin dun), wala nang height limit on imports tapos up to 5 fil-am/fil-for/fil-sham (lagi naman may makakalusot basta binabayaran ang DOJ) players na lang ang pwede on each team. watch out for legit fil-ams/fil-shams to cheat and say they're pure-blooded pinoy.

^^^ yup, t-mac goes to houston with juwan howard, tyronn lue, and reece gaines. francis goes to orlando with kelvin cato and his backcourt partner cuttino mobley.
i think it's a good trade for both sides.
charlotte already made their expansion draft, and they picked young players with minimum salaries and big upsides. they're still way under the salary cap, so they might be shopping for free agents to build around okafor.
steve nash signs on to phoenix verbally for around $65 million for 5 years. mark cuban, mavs owner, declined to match the offer. he might be worried about nash's declining ability to stay in the game due to his all-out style of play. surprise rookie guard marquise daniels was signed by cuban then to a longer contract, as a move to shore up his backcourt.
the implication of the move by nash would be the inability of the mavs to lure shaq into dallas since they have lost a player earning a big salary and a star as well, so dallas may not have any attractive offers to present to LA.
now if shaq can't be traded, it might have an adverse effect on kobe's decision to sign with the lakers. worst case scenario for LA would be that malone decides to retire, shaq stays this year, and kobe moves on to another team (or jail), then after this year, shaq leaves as a free agent, leaving the lakers with an aging GP and role players.
on the local front, ginebra won big today over red bull barako. kudos to their unselfish brand of play and their awesome perimeter shooting.
on the other hand, red bull barako looked lost at times, especially in the first half. they tried to stage a comeback in the fourth canto, but fell short, way short. credit ginebra's composure on that one. it looked like it was the gin kings who had more championship experience.
the telling difference may be how each team handled the zone defense. ginebra shot better and drove to the hole better than red bull. also, you gotta love the three-guard set of the gin kings. they magasimized the loss of torion and they used their speed to the hilt, and they made up for the loss of braggs, who was in foul trouble for much of the fourth.
